Small Ball Technologies GmbH operates in the field of consumer wellness and reproductive health optimization. Our products are classified as wellness devices and cosmetic preparations, not medical devices, which is an important distinction that our legal team has worked very hard to maintain.

Our products have not been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Bundesinstitut für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (BfArM), or any other medical regulatory body. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are intended to make your testicles smaller. Whether that constitutes "treatment" is a matter Jonathan's lawyers prefer not to discuss in writing.
